Aman Chugh Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (“Aman Chugh Ventures Pvt. Ltd.”, “Our”, “We”, “Us”) owns, manages and operates the website and mobile application i.e. www.theacventures.com and AmanChughCA. (“Website or/& App”) which offers you (“User”, “You”, “Your” “Yourself”) to access and avail certain services on the Website or/& App. By using or accessing the Website or/& App, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you believe these Terms are not reasonable, we request you to not use or access the Website or/& App.
1. About Our Services: Aman Chugh Ventures Pvt. Ltd. offers you an opportunity to avail from a wide array of services available on the Website or/& App, including but not limited to:
i. Portfolio Education Services: Such services Include educating members through audio messages, visual messages, mobile messages, electronic messages, emails and/or other modes of communication, and/or any one or more combinations thereof, about Financial Markets happenings and their possible effects upon various Financial Instruments movements. These services also aim at educating customers about strategically designing and developing a Portfolio comprising of Stocks, Mutual Funds and other Investments including Real Estate, Gold etc. to better capitalize their financial instruments;
ii. Jobs Sourcing Services: Such services include matching eligible member’s job profile with suitable job openings advertised within the Website or/& App through use of Artificial intelligence tools, in built in the Website or/& App;
iii. Query Resolution through Discussion Forums and Networking: Such services include mutual assistance in resolving professional queries & questions raised in the Discussion Forums; and admitting members to a vast network of highly qualified and expert professionals for mutual benefits;
iv. Financial Markets Education Services: Includes sending out updates on varied subject matters including International Macroeconomics, Taxation, Legal & Compliance, Financial Planning, Financial Markets (including their possible effects upon various Financial Instruments and underlyings). The members can also send these updates or generally discuss on topics amongst themselves,
Each service specified above shall be individually referred to as “Service” and collectively referred to as “Services”.
2. Registration: You must register yourself on the Website or/ & App in order to avail any of our Services by providing us accurate details such as your name, phone number, etc. In the event there is any change in your particulars, you shall be responsible for updating your record on the Website or/& App. You also agree to receive text messages or phone calls from us in connection with registration or/& for or/& related to use of our Services.
3. Age: You represent and warrant to us that you are 18 years of age or above (or of such other age in your country for you to avail our Services without parental/legal guardian approval) in order to use or/& avail Our Services. If you are below the legal age to contract, you may not avail Our Services without parental/legal guardian approval.
4. Fees: You acknowledge and agree that certain features of Our Services are chargeable. In the event you opt for chargeable features of Our Services, you agree to pay us in advance the fees stipulated for such Services along with any applicable taxes. For availing the Portfolio Education Services, the fees payable for the same will be for 30 days, including non – working.
5. Referrals: We encourage our users to refer the Website or/& App to their friends and family by offering them certain monetary rewards. You shall be entitled to a monetary reward for every successful referral, provided that the person to whom the Website or /& App is referred signs up for the chargeable feature of our Services. The monetary reward shall not apply in the event such person signs up for non-chargeable feature of our Services only. Aman Chugh Ventures Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to revoke this offer, in its absolute discretion, at any time without giving you any prior notice.
6. Restrictions: You must not use our Services and/or the Website or/& App (i) for any illegal activities; (ii) in a manner that infringes Aman Chugh Ventures Pvt. Ltd.’s or any third party’s rights including but not limited to privacy, intellectual property rights or any other proprietary rights; (iii) for any commercial purposes unless otherwise authorized by us. In addition, you agree that you will not (i) sell, rent or otherwise charge any third party for our Services or for the content available on the Website or/& App; (ii) adapt, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, decompile our Services; (iii) introduce any virus or harmful code or otherwise gain unauthorized access to Website or/& App or/& Our Services; (iv) collect, distribute or process any information about Our other users. We reserve the right to terminate your account/subscription immediately and without any liability to You in the event You are in breach of any of the Terms, in addition to necessary legal action.
7. Security: You are responsible for security of your account. We are not responsible for any loss or liability arising as a result of or in connection with any security breach or unauthorized access to your account. It is your responsibility to immediately notify us in writing of any security breach in relation to your account or Our Services.

We do not take any responsibility in relation to or in connection with any Third Party Services. While doing fund transfers for Portfolio Education Service the respective bank / Payment gateway shall be responsible for transfer of funds during the activities executed on the application and Aman Chugh Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and any of our team members shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for the late payments or losses incurred on account of the same.
9. Information / Content Provided: The content of the Website or/ & App and the interpretation of data are solely the personal views of the contributors. Aman Chugh Ventures Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to make modifications and alterations to the content of the Website or/ & App. Users are advised to use the data for the purpose of information only and rely on their own judgment while making any decisions not restricted to but including investment decisions. Any inputs including any inputs about Investments discussed or recommended may not be suitable for all or anyone of the members. Aman Chugh Ventures Pvt. Ltd. does not warranty the timeliness, accuracy or quality of the electronic content. The content of the Website or/ & App cannot be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed for any non-personal use without obtaining prior permission from Aman Chugh Ventures Pvt. Ltd.. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of member(s), who violate(s) the proprietary rights or breach any of the Terms, in addition to taking necessary legal action. Such service is not to be construed as an advice, solicitation or compulsion to act accordingly and is purely for educational and networking purpose only. Aman Chugh Ventures Pvt. Ltd. And our team members are not liable for damages caused by any performance, failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in transmission or operations, communications line failure, and unauthorized access to the personal accounts. Aman Chugh Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any technical failure or malfunctioning of the software or delays of any kind. Users shall bear all responsibility of keeping their accounts secure.

Termination: We may, at our sole discretion, modify, suspend, revoke, or terminate your access to or use of our Services anytime for any reason, such as if you breach these Terms or cause any harm or risk to Us or other persons. Such modification or suspension or revocation or termination of your access to or use of services anytime for any reasons shall be without any liability to Aman Chugh Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
