I think the program developed by the team of CXOs is a master piece in itself. The quality of Knowledge these young students are receiving from whose who of the Industry is very difficult to find else where.
While I have been always passionate to impart the Industry trends and core Subject knowledge, I became indeed eager to get associated with this initiative because of the unique Concept around which it has been shaped up. With so many other CXOs from the Industry directly and indirectly involved with this Initiative, I feel proud enough to be a part of the Core team of Industry Mentors. I am sure my Corporate Journey, Connects and expertise would help in shaping better Future Finance Professionals.
The MBA that has been developed by us is unique in its way due to the practical orientation that is provided to the students through long term internships, curriculum delivery through industry leaders among others. This will help the students decide the best choice of career for themselves and also make a small contribution by associating with the program.
This being a unique program where people like us, who have learned over 20 years can pass on the practical knowledge to next generation and this to me is a great way to give back and build young careers. Students in this program will get unique opportunity to not only learn theory but can also apply the theory and learn from the experience of professionals. These practical experiences and tips will go a long in building careers of the students while helping corporates get the students who are ready to deliver in the current environment

I connected with this program as for me giving back to the society was the most important point. Secondly I like teaching very much and finally its great to interact with young minds because you also learn a lot.
I think this program is a wonderful opportunity for giving back to the society and it feels great to interact with young minds as well. The best is the curriculum of the Programs, practically designed and helping students get the actual knowledge rather than the theoretical one.
