Refund & Cancellation Policy

While you agree that the fee chargeable for our services is non-refundable, except as required by law; in the unlikely event of having paid an erroneous or extra amount for any subscription, you shall be eligible for a refund as deemed by Aman Chugh Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

For the purpose of the above clause, a Bank Statement showing the erroneous amount debited from your bank or a screenshot from your UPI Account, showing the extra/ erroneous payment shall be sufficient proof, but shall be subject to confirmation on our part.

Refund shall only be considered if a formal email requesting the same is sent to us on our email ID (contactme@amanchughca.com), along with the proof of the said erroneous/ extra payment, within 2 days of the payment.

Once verified and ascertained that you are eligible for a refund, we shall process your refund and it shall take a period of 5-7 business days to be credited to your bank account.
