Aman Chugh Ventures is not liable for any promises/assurances/misselling/misguidance done by the Knowledgepreneur. The main aim of this initiative is to enhance the knowledge and upgrade the skills of the Knowledgepreneurs so that they can educate clients in a more equipped manner,
2. The basic information submitted in the application form by the prospective Knowledgepreneur should be true and correct to the best of their knowledge and belief.
3. Every candidate, irrespective of whether they have been a CFP or MBA participant with us, has to undergo a preliminary screening test and an interview interaction to qualify as a Knowledgepreneur.
4. Since Aman Chugh Ventures is acting as the Knowledge partner, all the knowledge content reaching your way is strictly to be kept with you and should not be forwarded to anyone. However, certain specific material shall be regularly shared with you which can be further shared with your clients. Aman Chugh Ventures won’t be liable for any financial/business advice provided by you to your clients.
5. In the flagship initiative of Portfolio Education Services, the main objective is to educate people about the Market Psychology & Price Action and help them build their Portfolio in line with CA (Dr) Aman Chugh’s Personal Portfolio along with Knowledge. Please note this is purely an Educational Initiative & should not be treated as an Advisory Service at all.
6. Any promotional material bearing Aman Chugh Ventures’s Name, Brand, or Logo needs to be pre-approved by our team.
7. Clear instructions have been laid down as to when and how a client can interact with CA (Dr) Aman Chugh once they come on board. The process needs to strictly adhere.
8. The reconciliation and payment of fees is a regular exercise that needs to be followed as per the procedure laid down.
